Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About digestion system
Monir Hossain has been diagnosed with acute watery diarrhea with severe signs of dehydration, a condition in which frequent loose stools cause rapid loss of fluids and essential salts from the body. Severe dehydration may lead to extreme weakness, dry mouth, sunken eyes, very little urination, and an inability to drink fluids. In children, this condition can worsen quickly and may result in shock, organ failure, or even death if not treated promptly. Immediate medical care with proper fluid replacement and close monitoring is critical to stabilize his condition and ensure recovery.

Background
Md. Monir Hossain is a polite and noble eight-year-old boy who loves playing with his friends and dreams of becoming a player, bringing joy to his little sister Jannati and comfort to his grandmother Hamija Khatun. His father, Josim Uddin, earns only 6,000 taka per month as a day laborer, which is barely enough to provide food and basic needs for their five-member family, leaving them unable to afford private hospital treatment. During a seasonal outbreak in their area, where most families use common toilets and face serious hygiene issues, many patients have fallen ill, and the government hospital is suffering from shortages of beds and medicines. As Monir’s diarrhea, vomiting, and fever continued, he became too weak to drink, and his mother Moni Akter stayed beside him in fear as his condition worsened. With limited resources at public facilities, the poor family has sought urgent help at a Helpster Partner Hospital after learning about Helpster Charity from volunteer Firoz Kabir, hoping to save their beloved son before his condition becomes life-threatening.
