Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About digestion system
Most. Rubaiya Akter has been diagnosed with acute watery diarrhea with severe dehydration, a serious condition in which frequent loose stools cause rapid loss of fluids and essential salts from the body. As dehydration becomes severe, she may experience extreme weakness, dry mouth, sunken eyes, little or no urination, and difficulty drinking fluids. In young children, this condition can worsen very quickly and may lead to shock or organ failure if not treated promptly. Immediate medical care with proper fluid replacement and close monitoring is essential to stabilize her condition and protect her life.

Background
Most. Rubaiya Akter is an intelligent and shy five-year-old girl who dreams of becoming a doctor and spends her free time helping her mother at home. Her father, Md. Robiul Islam, earns only 6,000 taka per month as a day laborer, which is not enough to manage household expenses for their five-member family, including her elder brother Abir and elderly grandmother Kulsum Banu, making it impossible to afford her hospital treatment. As her diarrhea, vomiting, and fever worsened, Rubaiya became too weak to drink, leaving her mother in tears and her brother anxiously waiting outside the ward. If she does not receive proper and timely treatment for severe dehydration, her condition may rapidly become life-threatening. The family, who learned about Helpster Charity through a nurse, is now seeking urgent support to save their beloved daughter and sister.

With timely treatment, her fluid levels can be restored, her weakness will improve, and she will have a strong chance of making a full recovery. Supportive therapy will help her body regain strength and prevent further complications. However, if she is left untreated, her dehydration may worsen rapidly, leading to severe illness and possible organ failure. Without urgent care, this condition could become life-threatening for such a young child.
