Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Habiba is a 10-year-old girl who lives with her family. Her family includes her parents, her grandma (who is unwell and doesn't work), and her 2-year-old brother. Her dad is the only one who works, and he has a job at a grocery store. Habiba goes to Madrasah school and dreams of becoming an Islamic teacher in the future. They all live together in a small one-room house made of clay. They even grow some vegetables near their home.
Medical history
Habiba had some tissue called tonsils on both sides of her throat. Because they got infected a lot and became swollen, she had trouble eating and might have even been at risk for serious diseases like tuberculosis and cancer. So, she had surgery to remove them. During the surgery, she was asleep and didn't feel anything. The doctors used a special tool to take out the tonsils through her mouth. There was a little bleeding, but they stopped it. Now, Habiba is feeling better and back to her usual self. The hospital and her parents are relieved and happy that the surgery went well.
Prognosis
Enlarged tonsils can trap bacteria and viruses, leading to recurrent throat and ear infections. These infections can cause discomfort, pain, and may require repeated courses of antibiotics. An adenotonsillectomy is a medical procedure in which both the adenoids and tonsils are surgically removed. The adenoids are small glands located at the back of the throat, while the tonsils are situated on either side of the throat.
