She is a determined and hardworking girl who aspires to become a nurse in the future. Two days prior, Trizah developed a high fever, chest pain, a severe cough, and difficulty in breathing. Her condition progressively worsened, leaving her too weak to attend school or participate in her usual activities. The symptoms caused significant discomfort and concern. Due to financial limitations, her mother was unable to afford the necessary medication, which left her deeply worried about her daughter’s condition. Trizah’s treatment for pneumonia would begin with a medical examination to confirm the diagnosis and assess how severe the infection is. The doctor would prescribe appropriate antibiotics to treat the infection, along with fever-reducing medication and cough management. If she has difficulty breathing, she may be given oxygen therapy and closely monitored at the health facility. She would also be advised to rest, drink plenty of fluids, and maintain good nutrition to support healing. With timely and proper treatment, her fever would subside, breathing would become easier, and her strength would gradually return within days to a few weeks. Early treatment greatly improves recovery and helps prevent serious complications, allowing her to return to school and normal activities.

Given the severity of her symptoms and her inability to carry out normal activities, this was classified as a serious condition requiring urgent medical attention. She was admitted for close monitoring and started on appropriate treatment, including intravenous antibiotics, oxygen therapy to support her breathing, fever management, and fluids.
