She developed cough, fever, and difficulty breathing over two days, with fast breathing, chest discomfort, and increasing lethargy. Medical evaluation confirmed pneumonia complicated by typhoid fever, with mild hypoxia and lung involvement. She is currently receiving antibiotics, oxygen therapy, and supportive care, and her condition is being closely monitored for improvement.
