Md. Hosen Ali Nobi is a hardworking and responsible young man who has been supporting his struggling family from an early age, working as a security guard in Dhaka with a modest monthly income of 12,000 BDT and his father income around 4000 BDT which required for the patient's parents. His father, Md. Soriful Islam, earns very little as a restaurant waiter, while his mother, Mst. Parul Begum, manages the household, making it impossible for the family to afford his costly shoulder surgery. After a serious fall four years ago, he has been suffering from repeated shoulder dislocations, severe pain, and difficulty performing even basic tasks, which now threatens his ability to continue working. Without proper surgical treatment, his condition may worsen, leading to permanent disability and loss of income, putting his entire family at greater risk. Despite these hardships, Nobi remains determined to recover, and after learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer ABM Alamgir and Mr. Ahsan from USB Hospital, he holds onto hope for a better future.

Md. Hosen Ali Nobi was admitted to the hospital on 01-03-2026 for evaluation and treatment of his long-standing shoulder problem, where doctors planned surgical management after proper assessment. On 03-03-2026, he successfully underwent surgery to stabilize his shoulder, followed by close monitoring, medications, and post-operative care. Over the next few days, his condition gradually improved, and he experienced relief from the persistent pain before being discharged on 06-03-2026 with advice for follow-up and physiotherapy. Nobi expresses his heartfelt gratitude to Helpster Charity and its dedicated volunteers, especially ABM Alamgir, as well as Mr. Ahsan and the medical team at USB Specialized Hospital for their generous support and compassionate care. He and his family are deeply thankful for the opportunity to receive this life-changing treatment, which has given him hope to return to a normal and productive life.

According to the doctors, the Bristow procedure under general anesthesia is required to stabilize the shoulder joint and prevent further dislocations. With successful surgery and proper rehabilitation, the patient is expected to regain strength and stability in his shoulder, allowing him to return to his normal daily activities and work without constant pain. This treatment can significantly improve his quality of life and reduce the risk of future injury. However, if left untreated, the shoulder may continue to dislocate repeatedly, leading to severe pain, permanent joint damage, and possible long-term disability. Over time, this could greatly limit his ability to work and support himself and his family.
