Munni Rani is a gentle and hardworking 20-year-old mother who spends her days caring for her family and maintaining their small home despite many hardships. She lives with her husband, Apple Chandro, their young son Bishal, and other family members in a small tin house, where Apple earns about 8,000 BDT per month as a fisherman, making it very difficult for the seven-member family to afford medical expenses. During the final stage of her pregnancy, Munni developed severe abdominal and back pain, weakness, and nausea, and doctors later diagnosed her with moderate oligohydramnios and anemia. The family learned about Helpster Charity through the staff of Life Care Hospital and Diagnostic Center and sought help because they have no savings to arrange the surgery. Without the recommended Caesarean section, both Munni and her unborn baby could face serious complications during delivery, which may become life-threatening and put their lives at great risk.

Munni Rani was admitted to the hospital on 01/03/2026 at 37 weeks of pregnancy after doctors diagnosed her with moderate oligohydramnios, which made a normal delivery risky. Considering the possible complications, doctors performed a planned cesarean section (LUCS), and the surgery was successfully completed, resulting in the safe birth of her baby. After the operation, Munni received proper medical care, medications, and nutritional support, and both mother and baby gradually recovered in stable condition. She was discharged from the hospital on 04/03/2026 in good health. Doctors have recommended Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) along with supportive treatment to safely deliver Munni Rani’s baby and protect both mother and child. With timely surgery and proper medical care, doctors expect a safe delivery, after which Munni can recover gradually and care for her newborn and family. The procedure will reduce the risks caused by low amniotic fluid and anaemia, helping ensure the baby is born safely and in stable condition. However, if proper treatment and delivery management are not provided, the baby may face serious complications such as distress due to low fluid, reduced movement, or lack of oxygen during labor. In severe situations, these complications can become life-threatening for both the mother and the baby, making timely treatment extremely important.
