Jisa Moni is a gentle and polite 20-year-old woman who lives with her husband, Mohammad Rasel, and her mother-in-law, Shefali Begum, in a fragile home under very difficult financial conditions. Her husband works as a hosiery worker and earns only about 7,000 BDT per month, which barely supports their small family and makes it impossible for them to afford emergency medical care. After completing 40 weeks of pregnancy, Jisa began suffering from severe lower abdominal pain and was diagnosed with a breech presentation, a condition that requires urgent surgical delivery. Without immediate treatment, both Jisa and her unborn baby could face serious complications during delivery, putting their lives in danger, which is why the family is seeking urgent support from Helpster Charity.

Jisa Moni was admitted to Narayanganj Poly Clinic on 02/03/2026 after experiencing lower abdominal pain and being diagnosed with a breech presentation at 40 weeks of pregnancy. Considering the risk of complications during normal delivery, doctors performed a cesarean section under spinal anesthesia, and the surgery was successfully completed with the safe birth of a healthy baby. After the operation, she received proper post-operative care and supportive treatment, and her condition gradually improved. She was discharged from the hospital on 05/03/2026 in stable condition and has now returned home healthy and happy with her newborn. Doctors have advised LUCS (caesarean section) as the safest treatment because the baby is in a breech position, which makes normal delivery very risky. With timely LUCS, the baby can be delivered safely, greatly reducing the chances of birth injury, breathing problems, or loss of life, while also protecting the mother from dangerous labor complications. The procedure will give both Jisa and her child a strong chance for a healthy recovery and a normal life ahead. If the baby is left untreated and delivery is delayed or attempted normally, it could lead to severe complications such as prolonged labor, lack of oxygen to the baby, or even death.
