Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abba is a 10 year old boy who is active, friendly and loves reading. He dreams to become an artist when he grows up. He developed right scrotal swelling about 3 years ago, he is stable with no pains.
Medical history
Abba was diagnosed with a Right Congenital Hydrocele and underwent surgery on December 9, 2023. The surgery was successful, and he was discharged on December 11, 2023. His parents express their sincere gratitude to Helpster Charity for providing free medical services. They extend their blessings to the sponsors of Helpster Charity.
Prognosis
The persistent presence of a hydrocele can cause ongoing discomfort, heaviness, or a feeling of fullness in the scrotum. Although hydroceles are not typically associated with infections, untreated ones may become prone to infections, which can result in pain and complications. Larger hydroceles can interfere with activities like walking or participating in sports due to the added weight and size of the swollen scrotum. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
