Usaina a 3 year old girl is third born her family who leaves with his parents at amshi village she like to become an professional doctor when grown up his father was a farmer. The family uses pit latrine and well water. The income is 2500. Usaina is critically ill 3-year-old, likely suffering from the combined effects of severe malarial parasitemia and anemia. The symptoms were escalating rapidly, and without prompt medical care, his prognosis would have been extremely poor due to the risk of multiorgan failure, brain damage from cerebral malaria, or respiratory collapse. His arrival at the hospital marked the crucial point where this dangerous progression could be halted and his life saved. On presentation at our hospital, Idris was evaluated and diagnosed with Severe Malaria and Anemia.

Three-year-old Usaina Ibrahim was admitted on 05/03/2026 for severe malaria and received a comprehensive course of appropriate intravenous antimalarial therapy. She responded exceptionally well to treatment, demonstrating full clinical recovery and vital sign stabilization during her admission. Usaina was safely discharged on 07/03/2026 with a detailed pediatric care plan and a scheduled outpatient follow-up.

Usaina is suffering from a combination of severe malaria and profound anemia which creates a critical emergency where the destruction of red blood cells leads to severe tissue hypoxia, potentially resulting in congestive heart failure, metabolic acidosis, and a significantly higher risk of mortality if rapid blood transfusions are not administered. Severe malaria and Anemia is a critical condition as this can result to death. Ibrahim was evaluated and admitted for urgent medical treatment. They pose a significant threat to the patient's life. The prognosis depends heavily on a prompt and accurate diagnosis, followed by aggressive and comprehensive treatment for both conditions, along with supportive care.
