Now in the final stage of her pregnancy, Jesmin is suffering from weakness, abdominal pain, anemia, and a breech-positioned baby, placing both her life and her unborn child at serious risk. Without timely medical intervention, she may face severe complications during delivery, and the baby could suffer injury or even death. The family learned about Helpster Charity through CSDK staff and is now seeking urgent support to ensure a safe delivery for both mother and child.

Jesmin Akter was admitted to the hospital on 11/03/2026 at 37 weeks of pregnancy due to complications from a breech presentation, which made normal delivery risky. Considering the potential complications, doctors proceeded with a planned cesarean section (LUCS). The surgery was successfully performed, and a healthy baby was delivered safely. Following the operation, Jesmin received appropriate post-operative care, including medications, antibiotics, and nutritional support. Both mother and baby remained stable and showed steady improvement during their hospital stay. Within a few days, Jesmin was able to move comfortably and take care of her newborn. She was discharged from the hospital on 14/03/2026 in good health. The doctors have recommended a Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) along with supportive treatment, including management of her anemia, to ensure the safe delivery of Jesmin Akter’s baby and to protect both mother and child. With timely surgical intervention and proper medical care, there is a high chance of a safe delivery, allowing Jesmin to recover gradually and care for her newborn and family.
