Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abdullah is a lively and active boy who lives together with his mother and his grandparents. His father left the family. The family lives in a timesheet two room house. His grandfather is the only breadwinner, so the family struggles financially. Abdullah has diarrhea for 3-4 days, along with vomiting and fever. The mother took him to the government hospital for treatment of the patient, there is no improvement, there is no place for the patient to stay.
Medical history
One morning, Abdullah suddenly developed diarrhea, needing to go to the bathroom 5-6 times on the first day. His mother became worried when he also started vomiting and had a fever, but they didn't have enough money for treatment. They went to Rudo Hospital for help. The doctors saw that Abdullah was dehydrated and needed to stay in the hospital immediately. Fortunately, Helpster Charity sponsored his treatment. With regular check-ups, Abdullah improved. After four days, he was all better and went home with a smile.
Prognosis
Gastroenteritis can cause fluid loss through vomiting and diarrhea, leading to dehydration. Severe dehydration can be life-threatening, especially in infants, the elderly, or individuals with weakened immune systems. Continued gastrointestinal symptoms may prevent the absorption of essential nutrients, potentially leading to malnutrition. To treat gastroenteritis, especially if it's due to a viral infection, the focus is typically on supportive care, which includes gradually reintroducing a regular diet once vomiting and diarrhea subside. In some cases, antiemetic (anti-nausea) or antidiarrheal medications may be prescribed, but their use should be carefully monitored, especially in certain situations.
