Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Idowu is a ten year old boy who loves to play soccer and a set of triplets. He developed a scrotal swelling since he was one year old. The swelling is currently bigger, not reducible and associated with pains and discomfort
Medical history
Israel was admitted for hydrocele surgery, which was successfully carried out as planned without any complications. He stayed in the hospital for recovery and was discharged home once he had fully recovered. Currently, Israel is living a normal life without any swelling, discomfort, or pain.
Prognosis
If scortal swelling is not treated, it can lead to prolonged pain, discomfort, and potential complications, such as hematomas (blood clots) or infection at the site of injury. The swelling needs to be surgically remove, to allow for a comfortable, painless life of the patient.
