Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About digestion system
Md. Imtiaz, a 10-month-old baby boy, has been diagnosed with acute watery diarrhea with signs of severe dehydration, a condition where the body loses a large amount of fluids and salts through frequent loose stools. Because infants have smaller bodies and fluid reserves, they can become weak and dehydrated very quickly, which may lead to sunken eyes, dryness, lethargy, and reduced urination. This condition is often caused by contaminated food or water, especially in areas where water-borne diseases are common. Doctors have advised immediate medical care with fluids and supportive treatment to restore hydration and prevent serious complications.

Background
Md. Imtiaz is a calm and innocent 10-month-old baby boy who lives with his poor family in difficult financial conditions. His father, Zakir Hossain, works as a daily wage labourer and earns only around 8,000 BDT per month, which is not enough to support the six-member family, including Imtiaz’s twin brother Tanzim, sister Zubaiyada Akhtar, and grandmother Rabeya Begum. Suddenly, Imtiaz became seriously ill with loose watery stool and abdominal pain, and his condition quickly worsened due to severe dehydration, causing great fear and anxiety among his family members. His worried mother rushed him to Saheda Gafur Hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with acute watery diarrhoea with severe dehydration and admitted him for urgent treatment and close monitoring. Without proper treatment, severe dehydration could become life-threatening for such a young child, but the family is struggling to continue the medical expenses and learned about Helpster Charity through local community miking.
Medical history
Md. Imtiaz is 10 months old child. Suddenly he got diarrhea for 1 day . His mother came to our hospital in 09 th March 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as diarrhea. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Imtiaz comes round from his illness and becomes heathy. At 13th march 2026, we discharged him. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Prognosis
Doctors have recommended proper hydration therapy, and close medical monitoring to treat Imtiaz’s acute watery diarrhea and dehydration. With timely treatment, fluids and nutrients can be restored to his body, helping him regain strength and recover fully within a short time. Proper care will prevent further fluid loss and protect his vital organs from damage. However, if this condition is left untreated, severe dehydration may worsen and lead to extreme weakness, organ complications, and shock. In young children like Imtiaz, left untreated dehydration can quickly become life-threatening, making immediate treatment and monitoring very important
