Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About digestion system

Md. Tanzim, a 10-month-old baby boy, has been diagnosed with acute watery diarrhea with signs of severe dehydration, a condition where the body loses a large amount of fluids and salts through frequent loose stools. Because infants have smaller bodies and fluid reserves, they can become weak and dehydrated very quickly, which may lead to sunken eyes, dryness, lethargy, and reduced urination.

Background

Md. Tanzim, a 10-month-old baby boy, lives with his parents, twin brother, sister, and grandmother in a low-income household where his father earns only 8,000 BDT per month as a daily wage worker, making it difficult to manage basic needs and impossible to afford medical care. He is a fragile and innocent child whose sudden illness with severe diarrhea and dehydration has made him weak and irritable. His parents are deeply worried but cannot bear the cost of treatment due to financial hardship. They learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman and sought help. Without timely treatment, his condition may worsen rapidly, leading to severe dehydration, complications, and life-threatening risk.

Medical history

Md. Tanzim is 10 months old child. Suddenly he got diarrhea for 1 day . His mother came to our hospital in 09 th March 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as AWD with severe sign of dehydration. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Tanzim comes round from his illness and becomes heathy. At 13th march 2026, we discharged him. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Prognosis

Doctors have recommended proper hydration therapy, and close medical monitoring to treat Tanzim’s acute watery diarrhea and dehydration. With timely treatment, fluids and nutrients can be restored to his body, helping him regain strength and recover fully within a short time. Proper care will prevent further fluid loss and protect his vital organs from damage. However, if this condition is left untreated, severe dehydration may worsen and lead to extreme weakness, organ complications, and shock. In young children like Tanzim, left untreated dehydration can quickly become life-threatening, making immediate treatment and monitoring very important
