Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Mamun, a gentle and hardworking 12-year-old boy, lives with his parents and other family members in a small tin-shed house, where his father’s limited income is not enough to meet basic needs, making it impossible to afford his treatment. After medical evaluation, doctors diagnosed him with appendicitis and advised urgent surgery. Although his pain was temporarily controlled with medicine, his condition remains serious and can worsen at any time. Despite his suffering, Mamun stays hopeful, while his parents remain deeply worried and have sought help from Helpster through Sadika Rahman, as without proper treatment, his condition could become life-threatening.
