Hillary lives in a children's orphanage. He is an orphan who was brought to the home at the age of 15 by city police after being found on the streets, and efforts to trace his relatives have been unsuccessful. The home depends on well-wishers for its daily needs. Hillary is a jovial young man who enjoys football and music and aspires to become an engineer. The home learned about Helpster Charity through a visit by Rheemah medical practitioners and later through Vincent, a Helpster volunteer. Hillary had been well until three days prior when he developed poor appetite, headache, fever, excessive sweating, body aches, and general weakness. His condition worsened despite taking painkillers and antimalarial tablets, becoming increasingly weak, lethargic, and unable to carry out normal activities. He appeared visibly ill, with persistent fever and fatigue. He was brought to Rheemah Hospital by the matron for medical care, where evaluation confirmed severe malaria. Treatment was promptly initiated with intravenous fluids and antimalarial therapy under close observation.

Hillary has been well until 3 days ago when he started experiencing Poor appetite, Headache , Fever, Excessive sweating , General body ache and weakness. He was given some painkiller's and AL tabs which did not help at all ,Viginia who is there Matron brought him to Rheemah Hospital for Medical assistance. Hillary was seen by medical officer in charge by examining and test done, he was diagnosed with severe Malaria. Treatment began by giving Paracetmol infution, Artesunate inj, and paracetmol 500mgs,under observation and later discharged after 13 hrs of observation and treatment. A phone call to the matron 3 days later confirmed he was responding well to treatment and he was even able to eat as usual .

Hillary presented with severe malaria, shown by high fever, sweating, weakness, poor appetite, and worsening body aches despite initial treatment. He became lethargic and unable to carry out normal activities, indicating a serious condition needing urgent care. He was admitted and started on intravenous antimalarials, fluids, and supportive care with close monitoring. His prognosis is good with the timely treatment, and with continued care, nutrition, and follow-up, he is expected to recover fully and resume normal activities.
