Ayesha Siddika is a gentle and innocent 7-year-old girl, the youngest of five siblings, living in a fragile shelter with her struggling family. Her father, the only earning member, works as a day laborer but suffers from a heart condition, making it difficult to earn regularly, and the family can barely afford daily meals, let alone medical treatment. Despite her hardship, Ayesha remains quiet and hopeful, but her illness has made her weak, irritable, and unable to carry out normal activities. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through volunteer Ahammad Ali Azad, which gave them a chance to seek urgent care. Without timely treatment, her condition could become life-threatening, as dengue and severe infection may lead to serious complications such as bleeding, organ failure, or severe breathing problems, putting her young life at great risk.

Ayesha Siddika, a 7-year-old female child, was admitted on 02.04.2026 at Orion Hospital through Helpster volunteer Abusayed with complaints of high fever for several days, severe throat pain with difficulty swallowing, and generalized body pain with weakness. On admission, detailed clinical evaluation and necessary investigations were carried out. Based on findings, she was diagnosed with Dengue Fever with Acute Severe Tonsillitis. The patient was managed with close monitoring, supportive care for dengue fever, treatment for tonsillitis, fluid and electrolyte management, nutritional support, and other necessary interventions. She remained hospitalized for 04 days under careful observation and treatment. Gradual clinical improvement was noted, and she was discharged on 06.04.2026 in stable condition with appropriate medications, advice, and follow-up instructions. The treatment expenses were fully supported by Helpster Charity, and the family expresses sincere gratitude to Helpster, its volunteers, and the hospital team for their kind support and care.

With immediate hospitalization, close monitoring, and supportive care, Ayesha has a strong chance of recovery. Proper management of dengue fever with fluid and electrolyte correction will help prevent complications such as dehydration and bleeding, while treatment of acute tonsillitis and respiratory support will improve her breathing and ability to eat. Nutritional support will gradually restore her strength and overall health, allowing her to return to normal activities. However, if left untreated, her condition could rapidly become life-threatening. Dengue may progress to severe forms causing bleeding, shock, or organ failure, while untreated infection and breathing difficulty could further weaken her body. Without timely care, the combined effects of these conditions may lead to serious complications and risk to her life.
