Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Shrishty Mandal has been diagnosed with typhoid fever, a serious bacterial infection that spreads through contaminated food and water. The illness commonly causes prolonged high fever, severe body aches, weakness, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite. If not treated properly, typhoid can lead to dangerous complications such as intestinal bleeding or infection spreading throughout the body. With timely medical care and appropriate antibiotics, most patients recover fully and regain their normal strength and health.

Background
Shrishty Mondal is a gentle and cheerful 5-year-old girl living with her large family of seven members, where her father, Sojal Mondal, struggles to support everyone by selling ice cream and earning only around 8,000 BDT per month. With such limited income, it is extremely difficult for the family to manage daily expenses, making medical treatment beyond their reach. Despite her young age, Shrishty is a bright and hopeful child who attends school and dreams of a better future. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman, which gave them a chance to seek help. Without proper treatment, her typhoid condition could become life-threatening, leading to severe infection, dehydration, intestinal complications, and serious risk to her life.
Medical history
Shrishty mondal is a 05 years old child. Suddenly She got fever for many days with severe caugh. Her mother came to our hospital in 09 March 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as typhoid fever. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Shrishty Mondol comes round from her illness and becomes heathy. On 14th March 2026, we discharged her. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Prognosis
Doctors have advised treatment with parenteral antibiotics along with supportive therapy to effectively control Shrishty’s typhoid infection. With timely and complete treatment, her fever will gradually subside, her strength will return, and she will be able to resume her studies and daily activities without long-term effects. Proper medical care will also prevent the infection from spreading and protect her vital organs. However, if left untreated, typhoid can lead to severe complications such as intestinal perforation, internal bleeding, bloodstream infection, and even become life-threatening. Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure her full recovery and safeguard her future health.
