Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Sahdat, a 2.5-year-old boy, lives with his parents, elder sister (7), and grandmother (60) in a low-income household where his father works as a mechanic with a small and irregular income, making it difficult to cover daily needs and medical expenses. He is a playful and innocent child whose sudden illness with fever, stomach pain, and frequent bowel movements has made him weak and unable to behave normally. His parents are deeply worried but cannot afford proper treatment due to their financial hardship. They learned about Helpster Charity through an old beneficiary and sought help at the hospital. Without timely treatment, his condition may worsen, leading to severe dehydration, weakness, and life-threatening complications.
