His parents are deeply worried but cannot bear the cost of treatment due to extreme financial hardship. They learned about Helpster Charity through a medical outreach camp and sought help. Without timely treatment, his condition may worsen, leading to severe breathing problems, heart complications, and life-threatening risks.

Ali Shah, aged 1 year 1 month, was admitted to Al-Manar Hospital on 13 April 2026 at 4:13 PM after suffering from fever, cough, runny nose, and breathing difficulty. He was diagnosed with congenital heart disease with pneumonia, hemangioma, and scabies, and received conservative and supportive treatment in the hospital. During admission, doctors also noted a history of repeated respiratory infections since birth, so he was treated carefully and kept under observation. After 8 days of hospital care, he was discharged on 21 April 2026 with medicines and advice for regular follow-up. The child’s treatment helped stabilize his condition, but he still needs continued medical care for recovery and monitoring.

With timely hospitalization, antibiotics, nebulization, and supportive care with close monitoring, Ali Shah is expected to improve as the lung infection is controlled and his breathing becomes stable. Proper treatment will reduce fever, strengthen his condition, and prevent further complications related to pneumonia. With continued care, his overall health can gradually improve, allowing better growth and development. However, if left untreated, pneumonia may worsen, leading to severe breathing difficulty and spread of infection. His underlying heart condition (ASD) may further complicate his recovery, increasing the risk of serious complications. This can become life-threatening if not managed in time. Therefore, timely medical care is essential for his survival and well-being.
