Geishaz is a 3-year-old girl living with her parents in a village. She is active, playful, and sociable, often smiling and easily interacting with those around her. Her development is appropriate for her age, and she enjoys exploring her environment. Her parents rely on a small-scale business that earns a limited income, which is not enough to meet the family’s basic needs. She was brought to the hospital by her mother in a very ill condition, with a history of convulsions, high fever, marked body weakness, and excessive crying, especially at night. On arrival, she appeared lethargic, irritable, and significantly unwell, requiring urgent medical attention. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a community health promoter who referred them to the facility for assistance. Clinical examination and laboratory tests confirmed a diagnosis of febrile convulsions and septicemia. She was immediately admitted for treatment, close monitoring, and further investigations.

Child brought to the facility by her mother with history of; Convulsion, fever, general body weakness and crying a lot especially at night. On clinical examination and laboratory investigation. Was admitted for treatment and management for some days and responded well to medication and discharged when stable and in good state.

Geishaz is critically ill with septicaemia and febrile convulsions, requiring urgent and close medical care. Septicaemia can rapidly worsen if untreated, but early intervention with antibiotics and supportive therapy improves outcomes. With prompt and appropriate treatment, she is expected to improve. Close monitoring is essential to prevent complications. If she responds well, the prognosis is cautiously good.
