Jinnat Begum is a caring and hopeful young mother who dreams of giving her unborn child a safe and healthy life after the heartbreaking loss of her first baby shortly after birth. She lives with her husband, mother-in-law, and two younger sisters-in-law in a financially struggling family where her husband, Jamir, works as a daily wage laborer earning only around 8,000 BDT per month, making it impossible to manage expensive emergency pregnancy treatment and hospital expenses. When her water suddenly broke at 38 weeks of pregnancy, doctors found low amniotic fluid and signs of fetal distress, placing both the mother and unborn baby in a dangerous condition requiring urgent medical care. Despite their poverty, the family desperately wants to save both Jinnat and her unborn child and came to know about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman. Doctors have warned that without immediate treatment and proper delivery care, both the mother and baby may face severe complications, breathing problems, infection, stillbirth, or other life-threatening conditions.

After experiencing labor pain for over 38 weeks and rupture of membrane for 2 days with previous history of 1 caesarean operation , she arrived at our hospital at 1.00 PM in 28 january 2026 and doctor performed an ultrasound that revealed amniotic fluid is very low with fetal distress , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful baby girl. Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. We discharged the patient at 10.30AM in 31 january 2026. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Doctors have recommended LUCS as the safest treatment option to manage Jinnat’s pregnancy complication and deliver the baby without delay. With timely surgery, the baby can be born safely, and Jinnat is expected to recover well with proper post-operative care. The procedure will prevent further stress on the baby caused by low amniotic fluid . If the surgery is not performed in time, the baby may suffer severe distress, lack of oxygen, or even loss of life, and the mother’s health could also be seriously endangered. Prompt intervention is crucial to protect both mother and child.
