Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About skin
Mim Khatun, a 17-year-old girl, has been diagnosed with fibroadenoma of the left breast, which has caused persistent pain, swelling, and significant discomfort for several months. This condition is affecting her daily life and preventing her from focusing on her studies and normal activities. Although fibroadenoma is generally non-cancerous, if left untreated, it can grow in size, lead to severe pain, possible infection, and increase the risk of complications that may threaten her overall health. Therefore, timely surgical treatment and proper medical care are essential to prevent further deterioration and ensure her recovery.
Thank you for saving this life!

Background
Mim Khatun, a 17-year-old college student, lives with her elderly father (65), a daily wage laborer, and her mother (45) in a financially struggling household where the family’s income is only enough for basic survival. Despite these challenges, Mim is sincere, responsible, and determined to continue her education while helping her mother at home and learning sewing to support her family in the future. For the past five months, she has been suffering from severe pain and swelling in her left breast, which has made her daily life and studies very difficult, and doctors have advised urgent surgery. However, due to their poor financial condition, her father is unable to afford the cost of treatment, leaving the family in distress. She came to know about Helpster Charity through Dr. Arif, Helpster Charity volunteer.
Medical history
Mim Khatun was a cheerful young girl who had been suffering from a lump in her left breast, which made her feel uncomfortable and worried. Despite financial challenges, her family brought her to the hospital on 27 April 2026 for proper treatment. After careful examination, doctors diagnosed her with fibroadenoma of the left breast and performed a successful surgery to remove it. Following the operation, Mim recovered well and gradually returned to her normal activities. She was discharged in stable condition with proper advice and medications. Now, Mim is healthy, happy, and able to live her life with confidence again. Her family sincerely thanks Helpster Charity and RUDO Hospital for their kind support in making her treatment possible.
Prognosis
Excision of the fibroadenoma is a safe and effective treatment that will relieve Mim Khatun’s pain and swelling, helping her return to normal activities and continue her studies comfortably. With timely surgery, the prognosis is excellent, and she is expected to recover fully without long-term complications. It will also prevent the lump from growing and reduce ongoing distress. However, if left untreated, the mass may enlarge and involve nearby nerves and blood vessels, causing severe pain and complications. In advanced stages, this can lead to serious health risks and may become life-threatening.
