Mostakim Hossen Miraj is a cheerful and innocent 3-year-old boy who brings joy to his family despite their difficult living conditions. He lives with his parents, elder brother Mosharaf Hossen, and elderly grandparents in a small tin-shade house where his father, Arshadul Islam, struggles to support the six-member family by driving an auto van and earning only around 6,000 BDT per month, making it impossible to manage costly medical expenses. Mostakim became seriously ill with repeated fever, cough, cold, weakness, and discomfort, causing great fear and anxiety for his parents as his condition continued to worsen day by day. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital after realizing they could not afford proper treatment on their own. Doctors warned that without timely treatment and proper medical care, the urinary tract infection could become more severe, spread inside his body, and lead to serious and life-threatening complications.

Mostakim Hossen Miraj was admitted to the hospital on 16 April 2026 after suffering from repeated fever, cough, and common cold for several days. After thorough medical examination and necessary diagnostic tests, doctors diagnosed him with a urinary tract infection (UTI). He received proper medical treatment, medications, and supportive care under close supervision of the hospital’s medical team. With timely treatment and continuous monitoring, Mostakim’s condition gradually improved over the following days. He responded well to the medications, and his fever and weakness started to decrease significantly. He was discharged from the hospital on 23 April 2026 in stable condition. Mostakim’s family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, its volunteers, and the hospital staff for their kind support and compassionate care, which played an important role in his recovery.

With timely treatment using appropriate antibiotics and supportive therapy, Mostakim Hossen Miraj’s urinary tract infection can be effectively controlled, leading to a gradual reduction in fever and improvement in his overall condition. Proper medical care will help restore his strength, improve his appetite, and support his healthy growth and daily activities. However, if left untreated, the infection may worsen and lead to serious complications, including kidney problems and severe weakness, which could negatively affect his overall health.
