Mst. Eshita Akter Eshamoni, a 15-year-old pregnant girl, lives with her husband, a day laborer, in a financially struggling household where his low and unstable income is not enough to cover daily needs or medical expenses. Despite her young age, she is a brave and hopeful mother who dreams of a safe delivery and a healthy baby. At 38 weeks of pregnancy, she developed watery discharge and abdominal pain, and doctors found that the baby is in a breech position, requiring careful medical management. However, due to financial hardship, her family is unable to afford the necessary treatment. Mst Eshita Akter Eshamoni was admitted to the hospital on April 21, 2026 with a diagnosis of 37 weeks of pregnancy with Breech presentation. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on April 25, 2026. Upon discharge, mother and mother-in-law came to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. These risks can become life-threatening, so immediate surgical care is essential.
