Md. Sayem Miah, a 16-year-old orphan boy, has already faced heartbreaking loss after losing both of his parents a few years ago, leaving him without proper care or financial support. Sayem Miah was admitted to the hospital on 23-04-2026 with severe pain, tenderness, fever, and restricted movement of his left hip joint due to complications from a previous fracture and non-union after surgery. After detailed medical evaluation and necessary investigations, the orthopedic team planned surgical management to improve his condition. On 02-05-2026, an operation was successfully performed to treat the affected hip joint and support proper healing. Following the surgery, Sayem received antibiotics, pain management, wound care, physiotherapy, and close medical observation during his hospital stay. Gradually, his pain and fever started to improve, and he became more stable physically.
