Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About bones & joints

A femoral fracture is a serious break in the thighbone, usually requiring surgery and 3–6 months to recover. Symptoms include severe pain, inability to bear weight, swelling, and a shortened or deformed leg. Often caused by high-energy trauma like car accidents, treatment typically involves surgical stabilization, such as intramedullary nailing, to realign the bone

Along siaya- Rangala road

Background

Davis is the firstborn in a family of four children. He lives with his parents and siblings in a two-room, mud-walled, grass-thatched house. His mother is unemployed, while his father works as a fisherman to support the family. According to his father, Davis is usually active and energetic when in good health. Davis reported that he had gone to collect firewood near their home when he encountered a ram tied to a peg. As he gathered firewood, the animal became startled, and the rope used to restrain it twisted around his leg, causing him to fall. Before he could get up, the ram struck him forcefully on the thighs. His cries alerted his mother, who rushed to his aid. He was unable to stand due to severe pain. His mother quickly took him to Siaya County Referral Hospital before informing his father, who was away fishing at the lake. The family had learned about Helpster Charity through a community health promoter. Levis sustained a fracture
