Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Majaharul Islam is a gentle and hardworking 12-year-old boy who studies in Class Three and dreams of continuing his education despite his family’s financial hardship. His father, Khokon Akon, works as a daily wage laborer and earns only around 8,000 BDT per month, which is not enough to support the family of five, including Majaharul’s school-going brother Sabbir, younger sister Maria, and elderly grandmother Rokeya Begum, especially after the death of his mother, Moyna Begum. When Majaharul developed high fever, severe cough, and abdominal pain for several days, his family became deeply worried and took him to Saheda Gafur Hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with typhoid and admitted him for treatment. He is now receiving medicines, fluids, and close medical observation to help him recover safely. Without proper treatment, the infection could become severe and lead to dangerous complications affecting his overall health, but the family is struggling to continue the treatment expenses and learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman.
