Abu Bakkar Siddique is a gentle and innocent 4-year-old boy who lives with his parents and elder brother in severe financial hardship without a permanent home. His father, Omor Faruque, works as a day laborer and earns only around 7,000 BDT per month, making it impossible for the family to afford costly hospital treatment and medicines. When Abu Bakkar developed jaundice, fever, burning during urination, weakness, and loss of appetite, his worried parents watched helplessly as his condition gradually worsened and affected his daily activities and health. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana, the family sought urgent medical support, where doctors diagnosed him with acute viral hepatitis along with urinary tract infection. Without proper treatment and close medical care, his condition may worsen rapidly and lead to severe infection, liver complications, dehydration, and other life-threatening conditions.

Abu Bakkar Siddique, a 4-year-old male child, was admitted to the hospital on 23/04/2026 with complaints of jaundice, loss of appetite, constipation, fever, and burning sensation during urination. Upon admission, the doctors conducted necessary investigations including CBC, LFT, Anti-HAV test, and ultrasonography of the whole abdomen to confirm the diagnosis of Acute Viral Hepatitis along with Cystitis. Following diagnosis, the patient was started on conservative (non-surgical) treatment. Management included supportive care such as adequate fluid intake, nutritional support, medications to control fever and infection, and drugs to relieve urinary discomfort. Liver function and overall condition were closely monitored throughout the treatment period. The patient showed gradual improvement under medical care and observation. After stabilization of his condition, he was successfully discharged from the hospital on 26/04/2026 with advice for follow-up and continued care at home to ensure full recovery and prevent complications.
