Hassan Mohammed is an 11-year-old boy and the second born in his family who is diagnosed with left submandinular lipoma. Despite their efforts, the household largely depends on these limited incomes. They all live together in a small mud house and are unable to afford medical expenses. In search of assistance, the family learned about Helpster charity through flyers and reached out for urgent medical support through Mustapha Tijjani. Hassan Mohammed, an 11-year-old boy, has a 6-month history of a painless swelling on the left side under his jaw. The mass is about 6 × 4 × 4 cm, soft, movable, and likely a benign fatty growth (lipoma). He is otherwise healthy, and further tests are needed to confirm the diagnosis and guide treatment. He was evaluated at our hospital and diagnosed with Beningn Lipoma in the Submandibular region.
