Md. Yeasin Hasan Tanvir, a cheerful and friendly 9-year-old boy, dreams of going to school regularly and playing cricket with his friends, but his ongoing illness has made his childhood painful and difficult. He lives with his parents in a financially struggling family where his father, a daily wage laborer earning only around 8,000 BDT per month, is the sole provider and cannot afford the costly surgeries and medical care needed for his treatment. Yeasin suffers from recurrent fever, urinary infections, pain, and difficulty passing urine due to distal penile hypospadias with chordee, which has disrupted his studies and daily life. His parents are deeply worried as they watch their son become weaker and more uncomfortable, while the family struggles to manage even basic household expenses. They sought help through volunteer Md. Abu Hanif after learning about Helpster Charity, as without timely surgical treatment, Yeasin may suffer from permanent urinary complications, worsening infections, kidney damage

Md. Yeasin Hasan Tanvir had been suffering from recurrent fever, urinary problems, and physical discomfort due to his congenital urological condition. Following medical advice, the first stage of his surgical treatment (Meatoplasty and Orthoplasty) has been successfully completed. Since the operation, his condition has shown improvement, and he remains under regular medical follow-up and observation.His urinary function has improved compared to before surgery, and ongoing care is being provided to ensure proper healing and prevent complications. Although his treatment journey is not yet complete and a second-stage Urethroplasty will be required in the future, the successful completion of the first surgery marks a significant step toward recovery.The family is hopeful that with continued medical care and the planned future surgery, Yeasin will be able to achieve a full recovery, return to his normal daily activities, attend school regularly, and enjoy a healthy childhood like other children.

Doctors have advised staged surgery, including meatoplasty and orthoplasty followed by urethroplasty after 6 months to 1 year, to correct Yeasin’s urinary abnormalities. With timely treatment and follow-up care, his urinary flow can improve, infections can be prevented, and he may return to a healthy and normal life. However, if left untreated, he may continue to suffer from repeated urinary infections, worsening urinary blockage, severe discomfort, and emotional distress. In severe cases, this can lead to permanent kidney damage, kidney failure, and life-threatening complications.
