Md. Hossain Moin is a gentle and innocent 2-year-5-month-old child from Geneva Bihari Camp, Dhaka, who should be spending his days playing and growing happily, but instead he has been suffering from severe weakness, fever, abdominal pain, and poor growth since birth. He lives with his parents, grandparents, uncle, aunt, and siblings in a small overcrowded shelter where his father, Md. Asraf, works as a daily wage laborer earning only around 8,500 BDT per month, which is barely enough to provide food and basic necessities for the large family. Because of their extreme financial hardship, the family has no savings to manage the expensive hospital treatment, blood transfusions, medicines, and tests needed to save Moin’s life. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through a medical outreach camp organized by Helpster Charity in Geneva Camp, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Doctors have warned that without proper treatment and close medical care, his severe anemia and ongoing illness may become life-threatening, causing extreme weakness, serious complications, delayed physical growth, and permanent damage to his overall health and future development.

After receiving support for emergency medical care, Md. Hossain Moin was admitted to AL-MANAR Hospital on 02 May 2026 at around 4:32 PM in a very weak and critical condition suffering from severe anemia, prolonged high fever, abdominal pain, and malnutrition. He remained hospitalized for nearly eight days under close observation, where doctors provided blood transfusion, injections, medicines, fluids, and supportive treatment to stabilize his condition and prevent further complications. During the treatment period, the child slowly responded to medical care, his fever reduced, abdominal pain became more controlled, and he regained some strength and appetite after days of suffering. For this struggling family living in Geneva Camp, the treatment brought relief, hope, and the feeling that their child still has a chance for recovery and a healthier future. Although Md. Hossain Moin still requires ongoing follow-up treatment, nutritional support, and monitoring, timely medical assistance has already made an important difference in improving his condition and protecting his young life.

According to the doctors, Md. Hossain Moin urgently needs medicines, supportive treatment, and blood transfusion to improve his severe anemia and overall condition. With proper treatment and close monitoring, his fever, weakness, abdominal pain, and poor health are expected to improve gradually, helping him regain strength and normal growth. However, if he does not receive timely treatment, his condition may become life-threatening, causing severe weakness, worsening illness, delayed development, and serious complications affecting his future health.
