Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About preventive med
Right undescended testis (right cryptorchidism) is a congenital condition in which the right testis fails to descend into the scrotum. Background
Jesse is a 10 year old male child staying with his widowed mother in a small community in Jos. He is in primary 4, he wishes to be successful in his academics. The father died 4 years ago leaving them with the 4 of his siblings. They stay in a 2 rooms apartment having a pit toilet and they make use of well water. They have access to electricity. No monthly income is 10000. Jesse a 10 year old male child brought to our facility on account of a right undescended testis which was noticed 2 years after birth. He was examined and a mass suspected to be the testis was felt within the inguinal canal. He was scheduled after review for an exploration surgery and orchidectomy (removal) considering the fact that long standing undescended testes have potential for malignant transformation. He was diagnosed with Right Undescended Testis. The family cannot afford the bills for the surgery that is they contacted Helpster Charity for the medical assistance.
Prognosis
Jesse presented with right undescended testes and it was noticed since birth. The prognosis for an undescended testis (cryptorchidism) is highly favorable for normal hormonal development and future fertility if surgical correction, known as orchiopexy, is performed successfully before twelve months of age. Early correction improves fertility potential and facilitates testicular examination. Delayed or untreated cases carry increased risks of infertility, testicular cancer, torsion, and psychological concerns, though outcomes remain favorable with appropriate management. Jesse has been planned for an exploration surgery and orchidectomy (removal)
