Heri C., 20

Heri is a 20-year-old young woman who is respectful, responsible, and kind-hearted. She lives with her parents in a remote rural village where the family faces significant financial hardship. Her father works as a casual labourer with an unstable income that barely meets basic needs such as food and shelter, making access to healthcare difficult. Heri was brought to the hospital by her neighbour after developing severe abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, frequent episodes of watery diarrhea, headache, joint pains, painful urination, and abnormal vaginal discharge for two days. Her condition had worsened significantly, leaving her weak, dehydrated, unable to eat, and struggling to carry out normal activities. She underwent clinical examination and laboratory investigations. Based on the findings, she was diagnosed with gastroenteritis, dehydration, anaemia, urinary tract infection, and peptic ulcer disease. Due to the severity of her condition, she was admitted for treatment, close monitoring, further investigations, and medical management.

Heri Came to the hospital presenting with following complains; Severe abdominal pain, vomiting everything, diarrhoea loose watery stool, headache, dysuria and p.v discharges for the last two days. Based on examination and laboratory investigation, She was diagnosed with gastroenteritis, Urinary tract infection peptic ulcers disease and mild anemia. Was admitted for some days and responded well to medication and discharged when stable and in good condition.

Heri presented in a weakened and dehydrated state with severe gastrointestinal and urinary symptoms that required urgent medical attention and admission. Clinical assessment and investigations confirmed gastroenteritis, dehydration, anaemia, urinary tract infection, and peptic ulcer disease. She was started on intravenous fluids, medication, nutritional support, and close monitoring. Her condition is gradually improving with treatment. Her prognosis is good and full recovery is expected.
