Taiyeba Moni is a polite and gentle 2.5-year-old girl who lives with her parents in a family struggling with poverty and unstable living conditions. Her father works as a day laborer and earns only around 8,000 BDT per month.. As she developed yellowing of the eyes and skin, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting due to acute viral hepatitis, he parents sought medical care but faced financial hardship in managing the costs. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana while searching for support. Without proper treatment, monitoring, and supportive care, her liver condition could worsen, leading to serious complications that may affect her health and development.

Taiyeba Moni initially developed symptoms of yellow discoloration of the skin and eyes, and yellow-colored urine, which continued for several days at home. Gradually, her condition worsened, and she started experiencing nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, prompting her family to seek medical attention. She was taken to Narayanganj Poly Clinic General Hospital, where doctors evaluated her condition and diagnosed her with acute viral hepatitis. Considering her condition, she was admitted to the hospital on 07-05-2026 for proper treatment and close monitoring. During her hospital stay, she received conservative management, including medications, supportive care, and regular observation. Necessary investigations were also performed to assess her liver condition and overall health status. After showing improvement, she was discharged on 13-05-2026 with a treatment plan, which includes continuing prescribed medications, follow-up check-ups, and proper care at home to ensure full recovery.

According to the doctors, Taiyeba Moni is expected to recover well if she continues receiving hospitalization, conservative management, supportive treatment, and proper monitoring. The treatment will help her body fight the infection, reduce symptoms such as vomiting and abdominal pain, maintain adequate nutrition and hydration, and support the healing of her liver.
