Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About pregnancy
Mim Akter has been diagnosed with a full-term (39+ weeks) single viable pregnancy with breech presentation and prolonged labor. A breech presentation means the baby is positioned feet or buttocks first instead of the normal head-down position, making normal delivery difficult and risky. Prolonged labor further increases the risk of complications, including fetal distress, lack of oxygen to the baby, infection, excessive bleeding, and injury to both the mother and child.
Thank you for saving this life!

Background
Mim Akter is a gentle and caring young woman who is excited to become a mother for the first time and dreams of giving her baby a healthy future. She lives with her husband, her elderly parents-in-law, and her young brother-in-law, while her husband is the only earning member, working as a day laborer and earning only BDT 8,000 per month, making it impossible for the family to afford the cost of emergency surgery. After two days of labor, doctors found that the baby was not in the normal head-down position, making a normal delivery unsafe and putting both mother and baby at serious risk. Without an immediate Caesarean section, prolonged labor could lead to severe bleeding, infection, lack of oxygen to the baby, stillbirth, or even the loss of both mother and child. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman, the family found hope during one of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Medical history
After experiencing, prolong labor for 2 days, she arrived at our hospital at 1.00PM in 02nd may 2026 and doctors performed an ultrasound that revealed breech presentation , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful female baby. Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. We discharged the patient at 10.30AM in 05th may 2026.The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Prognosis
The doctor's prognosis is that an immediate cesarean section is a crucial, life-saving intervention. Breech presentation puts both the mother and baby at significant risk. this condition may cause umbilical cord becoming compressed, which can cut off the baby's oxygen supply and lead to fetal distress, irreversible brain damage, or stillbirth. Without the immediate surgical delivery, the risk of a tragic outcome for the baby is high. The C-section, while a major surgery, offers the best chance to bypass these life-threatening complications and ensure a safe and healthy start to the baby's life.
