The child lives with his grandmother together with four siblings after losing both parents to an unknown illness three years ago. He attends a nearby primary school and enjoys playing football with his friends after classes. Despite the difficult family situation, he remains hopeful and dreams of becoming a police officer in the future. His grandmother survives by hawking ripe bananas at the local market to provide for the children’s daily needs. The child later developed cough, fever, wheezing, and difficulty breathing. Concerned about his condition, the grandmother initially bought over-the-counter medication in an attempt to manage the illness at home. However, despite the treatment, his symptoms persisted and his condition failed to improve. Due to the worsening illness and the family’s limited financial resources, a community volunteer referred the child to the hospital for further medical evaluation and assistance.

Brian Amelle presented with cough hotness of the body and wheezing. He was tested examined an found to have severe pneumonia. He was treated with IV antibiotics and antipyretics. Brian was diagnosed with severe pneumonia after presenting with persistent cough, fever, wheezing, and breathing difficulty. Clinical assessment showed that the infection had significantly affected his respiratory system and required urgent medical treatment and close monitoring. He was started on antibiotics, supportive therapy, and medications to improve breathing and reduce fever. Prognosis is good
