Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Mary is the first child of her parents, she is living with her single mother not knowing the where about her father for the past 10 years. She has dropped out of school due to the server pain she is presently having on a daily basis. Her mother is a petty trader as such could not afford the request surgery bill.

Medical history

I am the mother of Mary Eniola. The father died 5 years ago and I have been left with the care of the girl. The father’s family left me alone with the upbringing of Mary. I am using this medium to appreciate Helpster and Amazing Grace Hospital for their care and saving my daughter’s life. If not for Helpster, we would have continue buying frugs which was just giving her temporary relief. With the surgery, she is back to life. I appreciate your organisation greatly and I pray that things of joy will not cease in the household of members of the organisation in Jesus name. Thank you! Yours sincerely. Mrs. Adelowo Olubukunmi

Prognosis

The patient has been brought to the facility on account of severe abdominal pain. The abdominal pain was on and off for the past one year. After thorough examination, provisional diagnose of Acute Appendicitis with peritonitis was made. The patient needs emergency surgery to prevent complications of raptured appendicitis.
