When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Cellulitis is a common, potentially serious bacterial skin infection that causes redness, swelling, and pain in the infected skin. It occurs when bacteria (usually streptococcus or staphylococcus) enter the skin through a cut, insect bite, or other break, and it requires prompt treatment with antibiotics Septicemia (commonly referred to as sepsis) is a serious, life-threatening condition that occurs when an infection enters the bloodstream and spreads throughout the body. This triggers a widespread inflammatory response that can lead to organ dysfunction, shock, and, if not treated promptly, death.

Background
Cecilia lives with her grandmother in a rural village after her parents separated and her mother left the family several years ago. Since then, Cecilia, her siblings, and several cousins have depended entirely on their elderly grandmother, who survives through small-scale farming. Due to limited income, the family often struggles to meet basic needs, including food, education, and healthcare. Cecilia occasionally helps her grandmother with farm work and other small tasks to support the household. She dreams of becoming a hairdresser so she can help improve her family's living conditions. Cecilia was brought to the health facility by her grandmother alongside two siblings, all of whom had similar illnesses. Despite seeking treatment from nearby dispensaries, her conditions did not improve, and financial constraints prevented access to higher-level care. After hearing about a free medical outreach camp supported by Helpster Charity, the grandmother walked a long distance with the children to seek treatment. Following assessment, Cecilia was found to require urgent medical attention and was admitted for inpatient care, where treatment was initiated immediately.
Medical history
On 18th May, the was admitted at the children's ward after diagnosed with septicemia and cellulitis a condition having septic itchy wounds that had spread all over his leg which required immediate admission. On admission, she was administered with on medication which she started immediate that he positively responded. On 22nd May, she was ready for home discharge on medication and advised on drug adherence, cleaning and dressing the wounds as per doctor prescription.
Prognosis
The girl was admitted in a sickly condition with persistent fever, widespread wounds on the leg, and generalized weakness. Following clinical assessment and investigations, she was diagnosed with Septicemia and cellulitis, a serious condition caused by infection leading to inflammation and skin manifestations. Her condition required immediate admission, close monitoring, antibiotics, intravenous fluids, and supportive treatment to prevent further complications. Without urgent medical intervention, the infection could have progressed and become life-threatening. Her prognosis is favorable
