Bijly Khatun is a 38-year-old woman currently in her fifth pregnancy at 38+ weeks of gestation with a single live fetus in breech position, where the baby is not in the normal head-down position for delivery. She has been suffering from lower abdominal pain, frequent urination, and high blood pressure, making her pregnancy high risk and concerning for both mother and baby.

Background
Bijly Khatun is a caring and hopeful 38-year-old mother who dreams of safely welcoming a healthy baby despite the many hardships her family faces. Her husband is a poor farmer with very limited income, making it difficult to manage daily household expenses and impossible to afford costly pregnancy treatment and delivery care. After losing two pregnancies in the past and previously undergoing a C-section delivery, Bijly became deeply worried when she developed lower abdominal pain and high blood pressure during her current pregnancy, and doctors later found that the baby is in a risky breech position. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Bablu Abdullah, her family brought her to Jamuna Clinic seeking urgent medical support. Without proper treatment and safe delivery care, both the mother and unborn baby could face serious and life-threatening complications during childbirth.
Medical history
Bijly Khatun was admitted to the hospital on May 19, 2026 with a diagnosis of Breech presentation and Previous history of C-section. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on May 24, 2026 Upon discharge, Husband and mother-in-law came to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their dedicated treatment and continuous support throughout the process. Bijly's husband was especially thankful to Helpster for providing crucial financial assistance during the treatment.
Prognosis
According to the doctors, Bijly Khatun urgently requires LUCS (Lower Uterine Cesarean Section) because the baby is in a breech position and her pregnancy is considered high risk due to previous miscarriages, high blood pressure, and past C-section history. With proper surgery and medical care, there is a good chance of safe delivery, helping protect the lives and health of both mother and baby. Timely treatment can also reduce the risk of excessive bleeding, delivery complications, and distress to the unborn child. Without proper treatment and emergency delivery care, both the mother and baby may face severe and life-threatening complications during childbirth.
