Israt Ahmed Amena is a bright, hardworking 11-year-old girl who dreams of becoming a schoolteacher and making her parents proud. Israt Ahmed Amena is now recovering comfortably at home, completely free from chronic throat obstructions and painful nosebleeds, thanks to Helpster covering the full cost of her surgery and take-home medications. Israt Ahmed Amena has completely restored her physical vitality through this timely intervention, allowing her to confidently return to the 6th grade and resume her childhood dreams with a bright, healthy smile.

According to the treating doctor, adenotonsillectomy with cauterisation of the bleeding blood vessels is the recommended treatment to remove the chronically infected tonsils and adenoids and permanently control the recurrent nosebleeds. The surgery is expected to relieve her throat pain, improve breathing and swallowing, stop repeated infections and bleeding, and allow her to return to school and her normal daily activities. However, if left untreated, the chronic infection and airway blockage may continue to worsen, leading to severe breathing difficulties, recurrent heavy nosebleeds, poor nutrition, and the spread of infection to nearby tissues.
