Urme Saha is a polite and caring mother who dreams of safely welcoming her unborn child and building a better future for her family despite their difficult financial condition. Her husband, Tusar Saha, works in a garment factory and earns only around 7,000 BDT per month, making it impossible to manage household expenses, their son Gopal’s education, and costly emergency medical treatment at the same time. During the final stage of her pregnancy, Urme suddenly developed severe abdominal pain and complications, and doctors later found that the baby was in a dangerous breech position, causing deep fear and panic for the entire family, including her elderly mother and young son. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana, the family sought urgent medical support for emergency treatment and surgery. Without immediate medical care and emergency LUCS, both the mother and unborn baby could face severe and life-threatening complications during childbirth.

Urmi Saha was admitted to Narayanganj Poly Clinic General Hospital on 21/05/2026 with a 36-week high-risk pregnancy and emergency obstetric complications. After admission, she was kept under close observation and received immediate supportive treatment. Doctors performed all necessary pregnancy profile investigations, routine blood tests, and fetal assessments before surgery. Due to the breech presentation and increasing risk to both mother and baby, an emergency Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) was successfully performed under spinal anesthesia. Following the operation, she received proper post-operative care including intravenous fluids, antibiotics, pain management, and regular monitoring of vital signs. Both mother and baby remained under medical supervision, and her condition gradually improved with treatment. After successful recovery and stabilization, she was discharged from the hospital on 24/05/2026 in improved condition.

According to the doctors, Urmi Saha urgently requires LUCS (Lower Uterine Cesarean Section) because the baby is in a breech position, which makes normal delivery very risky for both mother and child. With proper surgery and medical care, there is a good chance of safe delivery, helping protect the lives and health of both the mother and newborn baby. Timely treatment can also reduce the risk of birth injury, severe bleeding, breathing problems for the baby, and distress during labor. Without proper treatment and emergency delivery care, both the mother and unborn baby may face severe and life-threatening complications during childbirth.
