Mst. Sabina Akter is a 24-year-old mother who lives with her husband and young son in a financially struggling household where her husband’s small-scale farming income is barely enough to provide food and meet daily necessities. During her second pregnancy, she developed lower abdominal pain and reduced fetal movements, and an ultrasound revealed that her baby is in a breech position, placing both mother and child at increased risk during delivery. Mst. Sabina Akter was admitted to the hospital on May 29, 2026, with a diagnosis of breech presentation and a previous history of cesarean section (C-section). On May 30, 2026, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and delivered a healthy baby girl. Both the mother and the newborn remained in good condition throughout their hospital stay and were discharged on June 3, 2026. At the time of discharge, Sabina's husband and mother-in-law came to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their dedicated care, treatment, and continuous support throughout the entire process. Sabina's husband conveyed special appreciation to Helpster for providing crucial financial assistance, which greatly supported the family's treatment journey and contributed to the successful outcome for both mother and child.

According to the treating doctors, LUCS (Lower Uterine Caesarean Section) is the safest option for Sabina Akter due to the baby's breech presentation and reduced fetal movements at 38+ weeks of pregnancy. Timely surgery will help ensure a safe delivery, reduce the risk of birth complications, and protect the health of both mother and baby. Without prompt intervention, the baby may develop severe fetal distress, birth injury, oxygen deprivation, or even stillbirth. Delayed treatment may also place the mother at risk of obstructed labor, excessive bleeding, infection, and other life-threatening complications.
