Bravin is the first-born child in a family of four children. He lives with both his parents, his siblings, and a cousin in a one-bedroom mud-walled house without electricity. His mother is a homemaker, while his father is the sole breadwinner, relying on farming and occasional casual jobs to support the family. According to his mother, Bravin had been unwell for two days, experiencing a persistent cough, recurrent fever, chest pain, difficulty breathing, and increasing weakness. BRAVIN WAS MANAGED WITH ANTIBIOTICS, ANTIPYRETICS, CORTICOSTEROIDS AND OTHER DRUGS AS PER THE MEDICAL REPORT. HE RESPONDED SO WELL TO THE CARE AND MANAGEMENT THAT WAS GIVEN TO HIM AND STABILIZED. HE WAS THEN DISCHARGED HOME ON ORAL MEDICATIONS TO CONTINUE WITH AT HOME.

Bravin was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, a serious lung infection that had significantly affected his breathing and overall health. At the time of admission, he presented with fever, persistent cough, chest pain, difficulty breathing, marked weakness, and lethargy, indicating a severe illness that required urgent medical attention. Without prompt treatment, severe pneumonia can progress to respiratory failure, low oxygen levels, bloodstream infection, and other life-threatening complications. Bravin was admitted and started on appropriate treatment and supportive care in time. His prognosis is good.
