Randy is the youngest child in a family of four children and lives with his parents and siblings in a modest two-roomed house. Randy was brought to the hospital with complaints of difficulty in breathing and coughing. He was diagnosed with severe pneumonia that warranted admission. In the ward he was administered ceftriaxone, azithromycin . He was also nebulised . He responded well to medication and was eventually discharged on orals.
