Tinni Khatun is a kind, resilient, and caring 22-year-old mother who dreams of welcoming her second child safely and giving both of her children a better future despite their hardships. She lives with her husband and their young son, while her husband is the family's only earning member, working as a day laborer with an irregular income that is barely enough for daily necessities, making it impossible to afford the cost of an urgent cesarean section. The family is still struggling to repay the loan taken for Tinni's first cesarean delivery, leaving them with no savings to meet the expenses of this high-risk pregnancy. Without an urgent LUCS, both Tinni and her unborn baby face a high risk of obstructed labor, fetal distress, severe bleeding, birth injury, stillbirth, and other life-threatening complications that could endanger both of their lives.

Tinni Khatun was admitted to the hospital on July 08, 2026 with a diagnosis of Breech presentation and Previous history of C-section. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on July 13, 2026. Upon discharge, Husband and mother to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Timely LUCS can help ensure the safe delivery of the baby, minimizing the chances of birth trauma, oxygen deprivation (birth asphyxia), and fetal distress.
