Miriam is a shy and quiet child who is often afraid of strangers. She enjoys eating potatoes and drinking yogurt. She is an orphan living on the streets and is under the care of Jane, a compassionate guardian who does her best to support her despite severe financial hardship. Jane survives on irregular casual jobs with no reliable source of income, making it difficult to meet even the child's basic needs. Miriam was brought to the hospital after developing high fever, difficulty breathing, chest pain, inability to feed, persistent cough, and progressive weakness over five days. Her condition worsened steadily, and she became lethargic, breathless, and unable to carry out normal activities, causing great concern to her guardian. She was initially taken to a government dispensary, but essential medicines were unavailable and Jane could not afford to purchase them elsewhere. Desperate to save the child's life, Jane sought help from her pastor, who introduced her to Helpster Charity. Miriam was immediately taken to Goodhope Hospital, where she was enrolled into the program and received urgently needed medical care despite the family's inability to pay.

Rosemirriam was brought into the hospital and diagnosed with severe pneumonia, she spent 3 days in the hospital receiving antibiotic, antihistamines and antipyretic medication intravenously. Two days later Rosemirriam fever subsized with mild chest pain and breathing was improving, she can now able to feed orally with ease. Her guardian was very happy and grateful to Helpster charity for saving Mirriam's live during this difficult situation, Jane appreciate every help granted to Mirriam's live as she is the most underprivileged child in the society. Three days later, Rosemirriam was feeling better and feed well she was discharged from the hospital to go and continue with the oral medication at home.

Miriam presented with severe pneumonia requiring immediate hospitalization because of significant respiratory distress, poor feeding, and general weakness. Early administration of antibiotics, oxygen therapy where indicated, adequate hydration, nutritional support, and close monitoring were essential to prevent respiratory failure and other complications. She is responing well to treatment, and her condition is improving progressively. Prognosis is good
