Mohammad Ajmain is a cheerful and ambitious 6-year-old boy who dreams of continuing his studies and enjoys spending time with his family despite their difficult circumstances. He lives with his father, Mohammad Adnan, a garment worker earning only 7,000 BDT per month, his mother Tisha Moni, and his grandmother Rahima Khatun in a fragile home without permanent shelter. When Ajmain developed recurrent throat infections and breathing difficulties caused by enlarged tonsils and adenoids, the family could not afford the surgery and medical care he urgently needed. If left untreated, his breathing problems could worsen, leading to repeated infections, severe airway blockage, and potentially life-threatening complications, especially during sleep. After learning about Helpster Charity through Volunteer Masud Rana, the family found hope for the treatment that could restore Ajmain's health and secure a brighter future.

Mohammad Ajmain, a 6-year-old child, had been experiencing recurrent throat infections, sore throat, cough, runny nose, and breathing difficulties for several months. He received conservative medical treatment on multiple occasions; however, his symptoms continued to recur. Due to the persistence of his complaints, he was evaluated by an ENT specialist. Clinical examination revealed enlarged and congested tonsils along with enlarged adenoids. Necessary investigations, including an X-ray of the nasopharynx, were advised to assess the severity of the condition. He was admitted to the hospital on 02-06-2026 for further evaluation and management. After clinical assessment and necessary investigations, he was diagnosed with Chronic Tonsillitis with Enlarged Adenoid. During his hospital stay, he received appropriate medical care and observation. He was subsequently discharged on 03-06-2026 with advice for further treatment and follow-up. As the condition did not improve satisfactorily with medical treatment and was causing ongoing breathing difficulties, adenotonsillectomy under general anesthesia was recommended as the definitive treatment.

Doctors recommend adenotonsillectomy to remove the enlarged tonsils and adenoids that are causing Ajmain's recurrent infections and breathing difficulties. The surgery is expected to improve his breathing, reduce the frequency of throat infections, help him sleep better, and support his healthy growth and development. With successful treatment, he should be able to participate more comfortably in school and daily activities. If left untreated, the enlarged tonsils and adenoids may continue to block his airway, leading to worsening breathing problems, repeated infections, poor growth, and disturbed sleep.
