Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Medical history
Mohammed Shettima's Parent Remark Unalloyed tribute to Helpster Charity Organization and UMD Medical Clinic for the humanitarian support in providing succour to to our sick child. This is a kind gesture, we will never forget as our child is happily playing amidst his mates at home.Prior the surgery, he neither eats normal nor play and has been crying all the time. We are sincerely conveying our appreciation to the surgical team and Helpster for taking good care of our child.
Prognosis
The patient was presented to our health facility with complaint of left scrotal swelling for the past 4 months. He was assessed and diagnosed of left congenital hydrocele. A surgery is needed.
